We had an ambitious brief: to design an emotional website that would convey the company’s values and work for building a strong employer brand while attracting the attention of some of the best specialists.
To design specific UX solutions due to the huge amount of information on pages. The second is – the production and integration of 3-D models into the site.
Our client is widely recognized for its large-scale, daring marketing. We aimed to create a bold concept with an unusual implementation and convey the overall mood and style of the brand. The creative concept is based on three archetypal characters, which we reproduced in 3D. Separately, we should say about the large amount of information on the site, which forced us to look for specific solutions to optimize the space. The content is presented in the form of a kind of "widget", which allowed us to place more content on one screen.

Interactive 3D models
The challenge for the project was the implementation of 3D holograms of top management. We used equipment for scanning real people, technology for creating lidar models and turning them into point cloud polygons.
The site is aimed at finding new employees, so the page with vacancies is the target page. We integrated the HR SAAS service and transferred all available vacancies to the site, taking into account the structure of the vacancy. The form for sending a resume is a targeted action on the page, we added the option to send a resume without leaving the site.
IT academy – dedicated landing page with a separate target audience, so we used a different color scheme to emphasize project identity. Also, we aimed to attract students to IT academy and best of them will garantly get a job at Parimatch Tech.
